The kingdom of Romagnola cuisine, the Tavern of the Locanda di Bagnara (tra Imola and Ravenna) is the place for dishes and authentic traditions, to taste in a characteristic and historic environment. The chef is of course Mirko Rocca who offers simpler recipes in the Tavern than those of the restaurant, but still characterized by the fresh ingredients and by the genuine combinations of the regional cuisine.
The Wine bar or enoteca of the Locanda, is among the most sought-out in Romagna. More than 130 labels, of which 40 are Romagnole, the fruit of a detailed search for national and regional excellence, offer rich terrain for wine-tasting, while the 17 labels of the distillery provide tastes of grappa, rum, cognac…
